You can choose where you want to be delivered ... we deliver to the address of your choice.

Jardinchic, concerned with the improved delivery of your packages, has established a logistics system that takes into account every feature of your articles. To do so, we work with La Poste for the shipment via Colissimo and with freight companies for voluminous shipments. Please find below the technical characteristics of shipments made by our carriers :

Standard Delivery :

La Poste (Colissimo) or assimilated (GLS, Exapaq DPD, TNT, DHL, etc): shipment of products under 30 Kg, easily transportable to Metropolitan France (including Corsica, Andorra & Monaco), DOM, TOM, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark & Portugal. You are delivered in France within 48/72H (working days), DOM & TOM within 6-8 working days and other countries within 4-5 working days. Your order will be signed for upon receipt. In case of absence during delivery, a delivery sheet will be left up to your letterbox so you will be able to collect your package at the nearest post office.

Messagerie transport: shipment of products upper than 30 Kg or breakable or products under 30Kg beyond the Colissimo sizes (voluminous) to Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica, Andorra & Monaco, on quotation, please contact us), Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark & Portugal (excluding Switzerland and DOM TOM, on quotation, please contact us). You are delivered in France within around 2-3 working days from order confirmation, other countries within around 4-5 working days. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep for homes or at the foot of the building. Your order will be delivered on a pallet and be signed for upon receipt (no delivery upstairs, no unpacking, no installation). For deliveries, the carrier will call you to organize delivery.

In case of missed appointment for delivery, a delivery sheet will be left up to your letterbox or you will be contact again by the carrier so you can arrange a new appointment. Then, you could be charge for second presentation fees.

Speed and transparency are our priority

A delay is always respected! When products are in stock at Jardinchic we deliver within working 4-5 days to European countries (see details on table below). However, some specific items require additional time.

Jardinchic commits to delivery the ordered products as quick as possible according to the delivery mode chosen and the products' availability. The delivery times mentioned on the website are the average standard delivery times and correspond to the total processing and transport time. For every purchase, we indicate on your order the time within which you will be delivered and the amount of the fee for the preparation and delivery. These are based on the country of delivery, delivery mode selected and the weight of the ordered products.

When a customer orders several products at the same time and the shipping times are different, the effective shipping time may be the longest time, the full order being prepared when all products are in stock at Jardinchic, excluding items in stock that are shipped as soon as possible. In fact, the customer has the option during the order process to split shipments, the fee for the preparation and delivery being charged based on the number of shipments, or to opt for a global shipment on basis of the longer delivery time.

To follow each order, you can check the process of your order on the section 'My account', 'my orders', 'delivery tracking'. You will receive an e-mail to inform you about the shipment of your order and communicate you the tracking number of your package(s) if available. From the moment your order is supported by the carrier, you just have to go on the carrier's website to track the delivery of your order if a tracking code is available.

Instructions for the receipt of your order

Remember our instructions for the delivery of your goods :

Jardinchic recommends to the Buyer to check during delivery and in the presence of the carrier, the compliance and the state of the package(s) and the product(s). Supposing that the Buyer would have any doubt of any kind on the state or the contents of the package, he will have to check the condition of the received goods and write accurate and detailed reservations, dated and signed as follows: on the delivery sheet provided by the carrier in the presence of the delivery driver. And in any case, the Buyer should inform the company Sarl VB Consulting by letter sent to his office or by mail at the adress [email protected]. Control of delivered package is deemed to be made and can no longer be disputed, from the moment the Buyer or any person entitled to receive the parcel has signed the delivery note.

We invite the Buyer to check the condition of the package, of its contents and of the pallet at best before signing the delivery sheet provided by the carrier. If the Buyer has any doubt about the condition of the goods, he is requested to express specific reservations mentioning the bad condition of the package and merchandise, to refuse the delivery and to contact Jardinchic as soon as possible.

In case of damages for delivery by carrier (messagerie): Please write EXACT reservations regarding the damages on the delivery sheet before firming (for example: scratched, broken, scraped product,...)

Please neve write "package on good condition" next to "broken product" and please refuse the good damaged (if only one part of the order is damaged and the other part in good condition, please refuse the damaged one)

ANY PROCEDURE OR EXCHANGE COULD NOT BE PUT IN PLACE IF THE CARRIER DO NOT HAVE EXACT RESERVATIONS WRITTEN ON THE DELIVERY SHEET.

In case of damages for delivery by Colissimo, Chronopost, GLS, DPD Exapaq, TNT, etc (small shipments):

Please directly open your package and check the product's condition.

In case of damages, please send us your reclaim to our mail address [email protected] with pictures of the product + of the package + of the transport label with your name and delivery address (the label pasted on your package) so we will be able to submit a claim.

In case of non-compliance:

Please contact our Customer Service via mail to [email protected] in order to open a Service-after-sale claim.

Do not ship back your product(s) directly to Jardinchic before having report your claim to us.

Taxes and customs duties

For shipments outside the European Union, taxes and duties are the recipient's responsibility and will be requested after delivery.

In this case, the invoice is joined to the package for the customs clearance. 

For orders outside the European Union and DOM TOM, the applicable VAT in the country of destination is the recipient's responsibility at delivery.
